Civilizations!

I've been working on this for quite a long time, and I'm excited to release it all to you wonderful people! The Civilizations update allows you to create city and nation states and follow their history. For now, there's five different behaviors that these civilizations can follow: 

• Warlords tend to be militarist conquerors with a hint of spirituality and art to their lifestyle. 
• Puppeteer factions work to cause conflict between other nations and neutralize threats to their power with subterfuge. 
• Scholar states are pacifist seekers of knowledge that sometimes meddle too much with the world around them.
• Zealots seek to spread their true faith through any means necessary. 
• Industrialists seek to expand their nation to gain raw materials to fuel their marvelous creations.
